HI folks,

sOme of you who don't handle traffic may not be aware that some folks
were using a new numbered radiogram. THe new one is arl forty seven
which translate out as follows:

"Reference your message number (blank) to (blank) delivered on
(blank) at (blank) UTC."

FInally saw official word from STeve EWald at HQ today that it has
been approved and added to the official list of arl numbered radiogram
