Hello,

   I have the Big Step I R verticle and use the controller that goes with
it.  I have it mounted in the center of my 2 car carport which is steel.  It
works very well, without the radials but it is very noiesy, which goes along
with being a verticle.  Truthfully, I think it is too costly for what you
get from it.
