I heard on Paul Harvey today about a medical study which was done concerning
the heart. The best is 30 minutes three times a week as far as exercise is
concerned. Also, however, they recommend 15 minutes of daily laughter. If
you have to give up one or the other, they said to give up the physical
exercise and keep the laughter. So, I have given up my exercising program.
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken
