About 2.5 weeks ago, I went to a conference at a large hotel. I was very
careful, as always, about the food I ate. Unfortunately, I had a worse
celiac reaction than I have had in years. I cannot figure out what I ate
with Gluten. When I have had some Gluten in my diet accidentally, most of
the noticable reaction is over within a week. So far, it is still going.
Breakfast was eggs, loose shredded potatoes (not patties) & eggs. Lunch was
salad with vinegarette & lunch meat with mayo. Dinner was a lettuce wrap
burger & fries at In & Out Burger.
If anyone has had a reaction from these types of foods, or if you have an
idea, please pass it along. I will summarize. Also, I thought I remember
that Immodium is not good for a Celiac reaction. Any thoughts?
