I am the only celiac in my family. Right now I am buying wheat challah for
my family and making GF challah for myself. However, I want my daughter to
know how to bake real challah.

Am I risking cross contamination if I bake wheat challah myself, using my
Kitchen Aid? How do the rest of you deal with this issue?

Sherene in Norfolk, VA
