I wanted to comment on the gf status of products from Arrowhead Mills.
Arrowhead Mills is a brand of Hain-Celestial.

Several months ago I contact the company about their Maple Buckwheat Flakes.
They went out of their way to answer my questions and took them very
seriously. The Quality Assurance Manager contacted the QA Manager for the
specific product. I was told that all of the ingredients are tested when
they arrive. Each batch of the final product is tested. They are very
conscientious. I also remarked on their non-standard language regarding the
statement saying that the product is made with "non-gluten ingredients".
They agreed that it was confusing to some and told me that they plan to
change it as they work through their inventory of boxes.

I was very impressed with the company and I feel certain that anything that
they mark as gluten free (regardless of the odd wording) is gluten free. I
would also like to encourage people to buy products from companies that do
pay attention to our concerns and needs for safe food.
