Hello All!

Here is the response from Mr Ritt's (when I sent in the recipe for croissants). Please note that they already have a sheeter. So, we can now visualize them happily installed in a large, lovely facility, cranking out croissants, helping one and all in the pursuit of gluten-free gustatory happiness!

Joy!

Mary Kretzmann

WE HOPE TO EVENTUALLY MAKE CROISSANTS, BUT CAN'T AT THIS TIME DUE TO SPACE ISSUES. IF WE CAN GET OUR BUILDING IN MILLVILLE, NEW JERSEY SETUP AND RUNNING, WE ALREADY HAVE A SHEETER PURCHASED TO BE ABLE TO PRODUCE THEM. THIS WON'T BE A POSSIBILITY UNTIL AT LEAST NEXT SUMMER. I WILL FORWARD THIS TO MR. RITT SO THAT HE HAS ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION.
THANK YOU,
Thank you,
Paul Kelty, Mr. Ritt's Gluten Free Bakery
