I am in my early sixties and just had to have emergency laser surgery because
of a tear in my retina. I have worn glasses for nearsightedness since I was
4 yrs old. The doctor said nearsighted people are more prone to this problem
as they get older. I have been gf for 8 years. I am not trying to tie every
health problem to gluten even though a tremendous number of things got better
once I was off gluten. Anyone know of a connection of celiac to retinal
problems or any suggestions on how to prevent this sort of thing from happening
again?
  Thanks,
     Barb in Springfield, OH
