We are  looking forward to welcoming Paul Kelty, the chef from Mr. Ritts
Bakery at our  next meeting of The West End Gluten Intolerance Group on Thursday,
February 3rd,  at 7:00PM (newly diagnosed - 6:30PM) at Trinity United
Methodist  Church, 903 Forest Avenue.

Mr. Kelty will be bringing with him our orders we have  previously called
into him. If you did not place an order, don't hesitate about  coming. He will be
sharing with us what life is like in a bakery that was once  gluten filled,
and converted to totally gluten free to meet the needs of his  customers.

We welcome anyone experiencing the gluten-free  lifestyle!
