Listmates:
I got some new nut crunch samples at Costco and bought some--they
were promoting the product. They are made by Mrs. May's Naturals.
The bite sized pieces are cholesterol-free, dairy-free, GMO-free,
wheat-free and gluten-free. http://www.mrsmays.com/ The
ingredients are the nuts &/or seeds, rice malt, organic evaporated
cane juice, sea salt. The flavors at Costco were Cashew, Almond,
Black Sesame, and Pumpkin Crunch. There are more varieties listed on
the web site. They also have a fruit and nut line. You can check
the nutritional information and ingredients for each product listed
on the web site.
Wheat-free is on the package and on the web site, the gluten-free
status is added to the description. They can be purchased online at
the web site, if they are not available where you live.
