Don't taint the idea of hot water by associating with Ayuvedism :-)  Water is the only
significant Paleo drink (incl natural mineral water) and the variations you can ring with slight
temperatures are unexpectedly pleasant.  Water is the only thing I drink now (plus around 150 ml
of organic Shiraz Cabernet in the evenings - if I remember).
