Hi Lynnet,
agreed. I thought I must be celiac for some time, and recently went to my
doc to have a test. It turned up negative. I'm convinced that there are a
number of gluten-intolerance syndromes around, most of which will come out
negative on tests for celiac disease. It's an area that the medical
profession in general take little notice of. I'm convinced that many cases
of IBS, for instance are due to food intolerances, yet sufferers are
stuffed full of pills, or even sent for psychotherapy when all they need
is a change of diet. Sad.
Cheers,
Persephone
