From Dedy - <Here in the UK we can get, in most supermarkets, 'Simply
Delicious Organic Mayonnaise' made with extra virgin sunflower oil and free
range eggs... not sure if you can get it elswhere...>

Thanks Dedy and everyone else who replied to my mayonnaise question. I
really do not want to make my own so am relieved to find out it is the oil
issue and that there may be other mayos made from different oils. I have
anumber of specialist health food stores around where I live including one
that only sells organic products so I will check them out for a better mayo.

In answer to the person who queried me saying tuna wasn't paleo, I am sure I
read it in The Paleo DIet book though I can't remember what it said.

Dedy - where in the UK are you as I am also in the UK. I am in central
London.

Thanks again for all the tips.

Ilana
