I composted mine when I switched from 30 years a vegetarian to full-on Paleo.  Never looked
back!  Once you are over the hump, you'll wonder what the fuss was about.  Don't think of it as
waste; it would be an even greater waste (of your LIFE not your MONEY) if, knowing what you do
about Paleo food, you did not leave it all behind you - TODAY.  Come and join us and share with
