Beware capsules.

A gelatin capsule contains 11% free glutamate, a neurotoxin. Some have obvious
reactions and don't know what the cause is.
The content could be the same cinnamon you can buy more cheaply in a bottle,
or better in bulk from some stores.

IIRC all spices imported into the U.S.A. are required to be irradiated. Real
hard/nuclear/ionizing radiation. I don't know if this applies elsewhere,
comments anyone?
