To combine a few threads here, I like to make tea from a bit of fresh ginger,
a piece of cinnamonstick and cardemom. Let it boil together and voila, a
delicious tea which helps digestion as well.
An old Pakistani recipe to be drunk traditionally after eating. It's reputed
to ease digestion and calm the body.
