Dear Kristina

It sounds as if your body is well and truly screwed. Would you be able to
allow yourself a little bit of time and see how things go? If you've been ill
for such a long time things cannot be healed overnight. Also some things may
improve but certain "technical" faults can better but not vanish completely.
As mind and body work together there are a few more things you can do besides
eating Paleo. This is off topic for this list but if you mail me privately I
might be able to tell you a few things about that. As I read my mail straight
fro mthe server I can only see the Paleo addy and not someones homeaddress.
Don't give up hope because in all the years I've been eating Paleo and as a
member of this list (about 5 years now I think) I've never heard of anyone not
improving eating this way. At the very least my own health (Arthritis,
candida, and a lot more) have improved considerably eating and living Paleo.
