Jerry, there's little doubt in my mind that sausages, whether our paleo
ancestors ate them or 
not, were probably not a staple food item. However, given that I am not big on
food 
preparation, I am looking for simple foods to prepare that can be made from
basically paleo 
ingredients without a lot of fuss. Sausage seems like a prime candidate, but I
certainly 
understand your point.
