I can see where his boss is coming from, hiring a person to fill a job, and
then one month in this person is ill and misses two monts of work! you don't
know if this person will work out, and then they are unable to work at all!
but I too feel sad for Ben, having made an apology for not communicating as
much as they had wanted, what more can he do?
Perhaps things will get better, we will just have to wait and see. Our main
concern was after all, getting Ben well, he was so sick, with the infection,
and high blood pressure,
now they want him to come up with a plan for improving his departmentby
tomorrow!
we will see what h appens next!

thanks for the message and for listening....
