Its by Dee Henderson and it is the first in a series called the O'malley
series before that book though is a book called I think its called the
guardian not sure forgot will find out but its good. This one is about a
young lady who is a negotiator who negotiates with hostages to get people
free without any one being hurt she's said to be one of the best, then there
is the guy who is an Fbi agent
