William, in the past my ferritin level was on the low side (if I recall correctly it was 5, my iron level was 102). I'm curious to see what it is now. From time to time when I bend and get up I feel dizzy.

I was taking daily supplements up to the time I was scheduled for double shoulder surgery and had to stop because of the meds I was put on.

I've ordered some today, I wonder if once I start taking them I'll see a difference on the nail ridges.

Maddalena
