Was wondering if anyone has used this diet. My GI and joint problems have
eased considerably since I went GFCF but I still get periods of dreadfully
odiferous and frequent flatulence plus GI discomfort and constipation with
diarrhea.
I recently spent a month in hospital in Beijing and because I didn't trust
the food I lived on fresh fruit for a month. All my GI problems settled
down. Came home and despite being on a very strict GFCF and soy free diet I
am again suffering. I know that I am not getting accidental gluten in my
diet because I cook with simple ingredients and cook from scratch.
I don't particularly want to live just on fruit because it makes me feel so
tired so I am looking for another solution. I just read the SCD book and it
looks "interesting" to say the least.
Comments? Other suggestions?
