I earlier missed noticing the new Gastroenterology supplement based on the
National Institutes of Health consensus development conference statement on
celiac disease, June 28-30, 2004, which consists of the consensus statement
and articles contributed by the speakers at the conference.  It's primarily
a rehash of the topics presented at the conference, available on video at
the NIH website, but now there is an entire journal volume devoted to
celiac disease in print.  (Note: except for the consensus statement, none
of the articles are free.)
