A retired gastroenterologist who was diagnosed with celiac disease
nine years ago will answer questions about living with gluten
intolerance at the next meeting of The Gluten-Free Crusaders, a
Branch of Gluten Intolerance Group. Dr. Herschel Graves, Coordinator
of the Nashville Celiac Support Group, will meet with The Crusaders
on Saturday, Apr. 30, at 2 p.m. in the lower-level conference room of
Regional Hospital of Jackson, Tennessee. Members also will share
fruit and gluten-free snacks with recipes or lists of ingredients.

The group is open to anyone who might benefit from a gluten-free diet,
their family and friends, and professionals who want to learn about
gluten intolerance. There is no charge.
