I had asked whether Quizno's new salads were gluten free.
I received one response which I am very thankful for.  Here it is:

They are, however, I had one a month or so ago, and they put the meat and cheese through the same oven that they cook their sandwiches under, plus using the same meats and cheeses that their sandwiches are made from.  Major contamination issues!  It was good, I probably won't have another one because of that, but each of us is certainly free to handle the contamination problem differently.  Hope this is helpful.
