For our first GF Thanksgiving, my mother and I dusted the turkey bag with
rice flour. However, while it did function as wheat flour in the sense that
the hot fat from the turkey didn't make the bag explode, the bag stuck to
the skin of the bird and it was quite difficult to get the turkey out when
it was done cooking. Has anyone had any experience with turkey bags? What do
you dust yours with? Will summarize.

Thanks,
Julie in PA
