DIRECTIONS
From 40, take Church St. exit West towards Baptist Hospital. Follow Elliston
Place to 23rd Ave., turn right,  go approx. 2 blocks. Just under black
walkway, turn left into parking garage. Stay to left, park near red
elevator. Take elevator to 3rd floor. Follow signs to meeting room.

From 440, take West End past Centennial Park to Elliston Place. Turn left on
23rd Ave., go approx. 2 blocks. Just under black walkway, turn left into
parking garage. Stay to left, park near red elevator. Take elevator to
3rd floor. Follow signs to meeting room.

MEETING AGENDA
€Thanksgiving Dinner Potluck
Three Fresh Free Range Turkeys will be provided courtesy of Wild Oats
Market. These will be prepared gluten free and dairy free.
(Don¹t forget to order your fresh bird before November 20th!)

Please bring a dish from one of the following categories, as well as the
recipe and ingredients list to share:

Salad
Casserole (rice, brocolli, etc.)
Stuffing (bread stuffing, cornbread stuffing)
Vegetable (mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans)
Fruit (cranberry sauce, etc.)
Bread/Dinner Rolls
Dessert (pumpkin pie, fruit pie, cheesecake, etc.)
Beverages

€Holiday Cookie Exchange
This is a wonderful opportunity to only bake one kind of cookie, but to
leave with a variety of flavors and shapes. Please RSVP to
[log in to unmask] or 758-7967 if you plan to participate. This is how
it works:
1. Bring a minimum of 4 ­ 5 dozen gluten free cookies that you have baked or
candies that you have created.
2. Also bring along about 3 ­ 4 dozen copies of the recipe.
3.  An extra container will be needed to place your new cookie collection
into.
4. Depending on how many people are participating, determines how many of
each cookie you can take.
5. Take cookies home and eat them or freeze them for later enjoyment

The talks are kid-friendly and informal ‹ lots of time for questions and
answers. Danna will also be signing her books (Wheat-Free, Worry-Free: The
Art of Happy, Healthy, Gluten-Free Living and Kids with Celiac Disease: A
