SUB DRIED TOMATO PASTA TOSS
In small bowl place ½ cup or more sun-dried tomatoes, cut in quarters
Pour on 2 tsp boiling water
Cover tightly & let stand 5 minutes while pasta is cooking
Add 1 pkg Cali Herb Medley to sun-dried tomatoes with 2 T olive oil
Toss with approximately 4 cups cooked pasta
Serves 4
*delicious light meal or side dish at summer picnics!

SALMON DILL SPREAD
1, 7oz can salmon, drained
½ cup mayonnaise
8oz cream cheese
1 T lemon juice
1 pkg Cali Dill Delight
Serve on crackers, cucumber slices or with baby carrots
