Ruth,

The booklet arrived Saturday and it is fabulous! Unfortunately it's also
a reminder of how many wonderful building have been lost to "progress".

Scanning images will be difficult because of how it is bound. The
staples go through the pages about and 1/8" inside the heal so folding
flat is not possible. I may have to do some digital photography instead.
