I concur with Anotnio's post and would add that HP has been using
ASUS motherboards for years, and probably your best bet for "as
close to the original as possible compatibility" is to look for a good
ASUS board at some of the sources to which he referred. I have had
good luck with newegg myself. They are fast and carry reliable products.
They also accept PayPal as well as MC, VISA, etc.
