on an older (celeron 500) hp system the os (win 98) would get to the first
windows screen and then not go any further but the loading bar at the
bottom still moved.a factory recovery was tried but it took hours and
still only reaches the same screen.no other errors are showing and it
will boot with a boot disk.any suggestions will be appreciated
