Is it really allergies that are bothering you?

It's inviromental allergies that are bothering me.  I resently started a job at a local mall where there is major renovation going, I din't have the breathing problem before the construction work started now I find my chest gets congested and I often have a terrible headache.

I'm not totally paleo but I try my best to be. I don't eat red meat (because of my IBS); dairy or wheat.  Don't drink coffee but water or herbal teas.
