Hello Folks

As I'll be moving (perhaps temporarily, maybe for a longer time) to Sweden
I'll be living 10km from a goosefarm. Seen all fluffy white critters in the
distant when you drive past the farm so I'm looking forward to sinking my
dentures in that one;-)
Does anyone have an idea of the quality of meat from geese? If they're raised
outside for a bit and have a bit of a pick around in the ground that makes
them more suitable for us to eat them right? I think at night they are kept
under lock and key to prevent robbers (twolegged and 4-pawwed ones) running
off with them.So it seems like a decent goosefarm where I'd love to get some
cheapo meat, maybe do a trade if there is anything they want and I can provide
for.

So how's the thoughts on goosemeat and their byproducts?

Christy
