Hey Phil,
I suppose that, technicly, this birthday wish isn't belated yet since, if
it were a leap year, today would have been the 29th and I would have been
right on the money.  Maybe you should just go ahead and celebbrate for two
days and get twice the presents!  It's worth a try anyway.  I hope that you
had a great day which ever day you decided to celebrate.
