I know what you mean, I was fighting a problem with my big computer last
night caused by a program I stupidly installed, made by Comcast called
security manager, never get it, anyway, I uninstalled that and had no
internet so was up until 3 AM fixing that, now today I get on my ham radio
computer and that one which I didn't put anything like that on, refuses to
connect to the internet now and I can't figure out why, I think I have a bad
winsock.dll file but like you, I'm going to put that down the list a little
because I just don't feel like dealing with that right now as much as it
annoys me.
