Hi Bob, that has been my experience with the MPSCS here in Michigan. Has
Kalamazoo gone all encrypted yet? I see that they added the old freqs
from the old system with MPSCS, and that would be cite 336 I beleive. The
Detroit system is starting to have people move over to it, and I have had
mixed results with coverage, and I am just outside of Detroit. What I'm
trying to figure out is this base/offset function. I know how to do it
for a system with just one, but multiple base/offsets is another story.
