Hi Lowell;
When you go into ECHOLINK, go into tools and press v for volume.
Then, press r for record volume.
There you'll get a series of tabs and when you hit a tab that says something
like 50%, then move your arrows and, bring the volume up or down.
When your finished, press alt f4 to get out of those settings.
