Kris:

Remy Simard is a private individual who makes the talking SWR meter. He
doesn't have a web site as far as I know, and works best with e-mail
contacts.

The entire unit, with both the VHF and HF modules costs $190, plus $15
shipping. The unit comes from Quebec, Canada.

Remy Simard's e-mail address is:

I am sure that he'd be happy to give you a description of the unit if you
ask him to do so. Explain that you're a blind ham, so he can make the
description verbal.

Hope this helps.
