I was wondering what the paleo opinion on plaque is. Last time I went
to the dentist, there was no damage to my teeth but the dentist gave me
a scale and polish. If my teeth are not decaying, why should I remove
the plaque that forms on them? I have found that by chewing celery and
raw root veg, I can keep my teeth feeling clean.

Ashley
