We have just returned from NYC and had a wonderful meal in the West Village
at Risotteria (270 Bleecker Street). Not only do they have 40+ varieties of
amazing Risotto, but their menu has over 20 gluten free pizza choices and
over a dozen gluten free panini on their homemade rice flour focaccia. When we
were there they were "testing" gluten free breadsticks which were quite
fantastic. And, they told us that they are about to add gluten free pasta to
their menu! They also serve Bard's Beer. In addition, they have a huge
selection of regular pizza and panini. The food was amazing and the risotto is
really excellent (the restaurant is casual and friendly, but if you closed your
eyes eating that risotto you would swear you were in a very fine restaurant, it
is that good!) The Panini was fabulous and enough to share. It was a
wonderful experience...not to be missed!
