Hi listmates,
I am wondering if there is any decent tasting pasta out there, Does anything taste like the real thing or close to it? In my pre-celiac days, about 8 months ago, pasta was my absolute favorite food. I have tried so many brands and kinds, rice, potato, soy, etc. I have even tried making my own sauce to help with the flavor. I have not found any that is good enough to actually eat more than a taste or two. I have wasted more money on yucky pasta than any other celiac food, I think. I thought I would ask the knowledgeable people here b/4 I give up (as I did on bread b/4 Whole Food came out with the new baked stuff.)
I will summarize of course. Thanks in advance.
Pat
