Just a note to clarify this message. I was just trying to respond to an
existing message in the archives that I couldn't find an answer for -- that
person said Planters used wheat flour -- i don't know anything for sure. I
actually didn't mean to respond to the whole list -- just the original
poster but I hit the wrong button. The email address for the original
poster is no longer valid.
Below is the original message - this is all I know.
So sorry if I confused anyone.

Subject: Planters Deluxe Mixed Nuts??
<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your
situation.>>
Hi Listmates!
Just wondering if anyone can confirm the GF status of Planters Deluxe Mixed
Nuts. I recently bought the Berkley & Jenson brand of mixed nuts at BJ's
Wholesale Club only to find out (after much pain!!) that "they" (Planters?)
use wheat flour to keep the nuts from sticking to their conveyer belt.
Now frightened to pieces to have these during my Superbowl festivus without
confirmation.
Thank you in advance - Nancy
