Hello,

I have a good friend who has just been diagnosed with Celiac, living in
Upper Marlboro Maryland. She has had Lupus for 45 years, and has been very ill
with it. Now her life has been turned upside down with this sudden necessary
change in diet, and she is confused and overwhelmed. She also has to be casein
free. Is there anyone in that area of Maryland who might be supportive to her
at the moment? Are there any support groups in that area? She lives about
half an hour from Washington, DC.

For that matter, is there anyone, anywhere, also dealing with Lupus and
Celiac? She does have a computer, but hasn't learned to use it yet. Hopefully,
she eventually will. (She also is limited by severe crippling of her hands.)
She would be grateful to be in touch via phone, if anyone is willing to help.
Email me privately for arrangements.

Thank you!

Maddy Mason
