Hi, everyone!
I just got back from a 7-day Carnival Cruise to three points in Mexico and had a fabulous time! I neglected to set up GF menus ahead of time but it didn't matter: I could eat nearly everything they had to offer both in the main dining room and the grill. I just told my waiter that I can't eat flour and he made sure to watch out for me. Cool! Almost everything they served, esp. in the main dining room (very elegant, gourmet dining) was GF. They even have recommendations for low carb selections every day -- which included substitutions for gravies and breaded meats, etc. They also served a cheesecake every day that was flour and sugar-free! So, go, you wayfarers! Travel! See the world! And EAT, EAT, EAT!
