I am making breadsticks from Cooking Gluten-Free by Karen Robertson.
The flour mixture on page 181 calls for 2 tsp xanthan gum. The recipe on
page 165 calls for this particular flour mixture plus 2 tsp xanthan gum. Do I
really need this much xanthan gum?
