Waters to Go in Dunwoody is an awseome food/health store. There is also
a PF chang's in the area.

The Whole Foods/Harry's store in Alpharetta (north of where you'll be)
sells gluten free breads, muffins, pies, and cornbread. Might be worth
the trip. The banana bread is wonderful. If the supply looks low, as the
people in the back. They usually have more in the freezer.

Go to Atlantis Natural foods (770) 393-1397 ?. Try
www.goodhealthpublishing.com for restaurants. There's a PF Chang's there
and they are very familiar with the GF diet.

I used to live right by Perimeter Mall and if you are stuck (There is a
lot of traffic) for a health food store, get on Hammond Drive (a busy
east-west road parallel to and just north of 285--the Perimeter). The
Marta station is right off Hammond.

Go west on Hammond about 4 miles. When you come to Route 9, or Roswell
Road, you will be in Sandy Springs. Cross Roswell Road and go into the
parking lot immediately to your LEFT; that is the Southwest corner of
the crossroads. There is a Whole Foods there, where you can get lunch
(buffet but all ingredients are listed) and also GF supplies.

At the same crossroads (Hammond/Route 9) but on the NORTH EAST corner in
the very back corner of a small shopping center (a bit hidden) is the
Cafe Sunflower, if you like vegetarian food and good salads and bean
dishes, etc. They are very health conscious and usually able to tell you
what is IN all their dishes. Nice for lunch.

There seem to be a million restaurants around Perimeter Mall; for YOU
especially look for a very nice PF Chang's (GF menu) just north of the
mall
proper and on the west side of Ashford-Dunwoody Road. Ashford-Dunwoody
Road runs alongside the mall north-south. There are several other
restaurants IN the mall but they are since my time there. I know there
is a Cheesecake Factory in front of the mall.

There is a Whole Foods Market on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs - not too
far from the Perimeter mall area. Also, most Publixs in the ATL area
have the GreenWise section which carries a variety of health food items.

As for restuarants there are a lot near the mall that offer GF choices;
Bridgetown Grill & PF Chang's. Also there are Cheesecake Factory & a
Panera Bread restuarants depending on your comfort level.
