I've gone the fresh coconut route to make my milk, but
it's such a hassle I always end up going back to the
heated, lifeless, canned stuff.  Fortunately, Tropical
Traditions is now selling concentrated coconut cream

during the manufacturing process.  The taste is
absolutely wonderful and I can tell it's the real
deal.  When I'm eating raw coconut my complexion
always looks great, something I never see with the
canned stuff.  I've been using the coconut cream for a
couple of days now in my smoothies and I already have
that health look I get when I'm eating fresh nuts.
