Hi -

Which brand of kosher hot dogs triggered a reaction in your daughter? We've
never had any trouble with any of the kosher meats we've gotten. Are
you 100% certain it was the hot dog and not the bun or other item eaten
at the same time?

I know that the FAAN doesn't consider kosher markings 100% reliable, but
I've still found them excellent for meats, which are very strictly
monitored. (I've had occasional trouble with SMALL businesses when things
are supposed to be pareve, but never major manufacturers when things are
supposed to be meat.)

Thanks for elaborating,
