Hi to all.

Synthavoice, the company that made Windowbridge, essentially collappsed
after the death of the founder in late 2001.  The last version of the
program that was operational could work with Windows 2000, but that version
(if you have it) would most likely not work with any version of Windows XP.

However, the technical speciffics for the program were sold in the fall of
2004.  I cannot remember who the buyer was, but a trip to the website
http://www.windowbridge.ws makes it clear that the new owner is interested
in releasing a new version of the product.  Apparently, he's looking for
someone to test it out with various speech synthesizers.
