Is it possible that this is a PCChips M747 BX-Pro. I could not find any
reference anywhere to M747 RX-Pro. There are a number of discontinued
drivers, BIOS, and the like available at the PCChips site, which does
include the BX-Pro.

This is probably what you are after. Some motherboards will only function
properly with the manufacturers drivers and this might be the case in your
situation.
